"Excellent tool for all MSP's"
What do you like best about IT Glue? This tool is simple to use and explore. We train all new employees on it first which allows them to get information on the end users, their positions, access documents, computers used and even passwords. We also use it to store information for facility systems. It makes a great documentation tool for our team.

What do you like best about IT Glue? Having all the information at your fingertips, in an organized way makes finding crucial information easy. The time savings alone is worth the price of admission. It also looks good when a client sees how organized we are, along with how we protect their information (MFA, secure server).

"How to find the most important information easily"
What do you like best about IT Glue? Thanks to IT Glue I was able to centralise all the information in a secure way in one place. No more passwords on a piece of paper or on an excel spreadsheet on the technician's hard drive, no more security risk if the passwords leak.
