The IPVanish VPN is an excellent service giving you the option to choose your country ... city ... and IP address or have the program itself choose the BEST city and ip address ... The only negative for myself is that since activating the IPVanish VPN my Thunderbird email client will Time Out when trying to Save an email into the Sent Folder if there are pictures or an mp4 that takes a long time to send but has no problem saving a text email to the sent folder ...
