great vpn one of the best out there. can not fault ipvanish been with them i few years now. customer service is spot on and very helpfull. and also you can chat to them online if you have any questions to ask. 5 stars to ipvanish and the team well impessed

There's really not enough positive words to definitively describe the awesomely smooth and robuust power of IPVanish as well as their top-notch Customer Service & Support! Simply put, IPVanish tops all other VPN products being second to none!!

Great Customer Service
It's great when your ISP isn't trying to block it now and you sometimes have to spend days working with customer service to work around them. Which I will say customer service is great with chat box and with email replies I do recommend IPVanish just be careful with your ISP They do have ways to block you now

When I bought a new laptop I needed to install IPvanish. I had some minor issues because a safe mode feature was running. IPvanish customer service was extremely effective in resolving my issue. As an IP service I have never had a problem or issue having my IP address discovered. They have been a reliable and trustworthy VPN.

Customer service
Chatted with one of their agents and he was able to troubleshoot the issue I was having with IPVanish connecting when I had logged on. Have used their service for two years and they are reliable.
