I've had IP Vanish for about 3 years now. I've always gotten it on sale since everytime around my renewal date they run a really big sale. Unfortunately they didn't do that this year. I was able to get in touch with customer service fairly easily and explain my situation. Their customer service was absolutely excellent in helping me with my issue.
