Recently had an issue with not being…
Recently had an issue with not being able to log in, the on line support was fantastic and I was logged back in within 20 minutes. Support staff know the product well and issue I had and i did not have to keep explaining whatthe problem was unlike other tech support chaps.

I was unable to log in and contacted technical support who helped sort it out. As a suggestion, why cant IP Vanish send a blanket email to all users to advise that a change like 'full email address is needed for the app'. This should be easy and save them getting heaps of tech support queries. Happy with IP Vanish but will shop around before next renewal as price is quite high for Australian users.
