Tech support counts for a lot when we choose vendors.
I add to the other complimentary comments here re: IPVanish tech support. It was fast, professional and corrective. This is quite relevant to the services we use from our vendors. VPN seems to work well with fast speeds and rarely disconnects. I have been happy with IPVanish for a few years.
