IPVanish is 100%
I haven’t been using IPVanish but a few weeks but so far it has been working as expected. I will say that the customer service is good because they quickly assisted me in get my account set up.

Although it’s cheap the quality is not
Although it’s cheap the quality is not what I expected! On tv shows the seasons will not play at all! The Nova app is the worst for tv. I haven’t been able to play anything. I am paid up for a year so, I am stuck but I will have to go with the SoPlayer next year if I can’t get better service.
