App would not stay connected
Initial contact was made because the app would not stay connected. The customer service person was very good and he emailed me to offer further assistance. Unfortunately a day or two later problem was back but after a quick call the second rep address the issue and forwarded instructions for future use.

First rate!
Ok, I have two reasons for my rating. It was easy to install and when I had an issue with both Hulu and Netflix, it was easily solved. So far and it’s been a month, it very good/awesome.

Terrible
The actual product was ok , after a year I decided I didn’t use it so cancelled , they still took payment the following year , after numerous emails they did refund , same happened for the next 2 years , even had them confirm in writing that the account was disabled , still took payment , now in the position as they are not refunding to go down the PayPal dispute route , I would not recommend at all
