Had a conflict of interest or so it would seem. Just the once, not completely sure what caused the freeze. Other devices/carrier different circumstances all around. Seems to be working well.

Woke up yesterday to a charge that I…
Woke up yesterday to a charge that I did not authorize. Apparently when signing up they enroll you in auto renewal. They do this without letting you know. Also, they do not send out a heads up email like other companies to let you know that the auto renewal is about to happen.
