Easy to use, good support
Easy to use with different devices. One issue where I couldn't disconnect and had to log out which was a little annoying. However, after clearing the cache everything worked as before. The support FAQ was helpful to find the tip on clearing cache.

First time user. Was pretty easy to me to use. it definitely works because i was able to open up a tunnel to be able to use one of my apps.
