Bad Blood
On 12/20/20, I attempt to login, putting my password in attempt to open, correct password, but would not open "too many chances" was the message across my tv screen. I only login once, this is not what I expected from this app, tried again, & again, same message, my bill is paid. Will ask for a refund if continues to happen

IPVanish great product
i found IPVanish to be quick on replying to any queries and help questions. There pricing compares well to other VPNs. My choice was made on reviews and data protection. Highly recommended.

i believe it's a very good product, but....
i believe it's a very good product, but I'm not a techie and I found the chat help unsatisfactory. The only help I was getting, was them offering me a couple of extra months to learn about the product, but I was actually looking for technical answers. I ended up cancelling the product however, I may repurchase once I have more time to investigate and get answers to my concerns with using a VPN.
