Purchased IPVanish after a review…
Purchased IPVanish after a review online, I am trying to protect myself online. I have tried others and they all work to a degree, some better than others. I have found that most slow me down to a crawl, this may be due to issues on my end, but IP Vanish seems to be faster, I am new to this so the reasons may not be obvious to me, It works flawlessly so far, I will be extending past my trial. Speed and ease of use are the major reasons. I look forward to learning more

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, IP Vanish have taken my money without my consent and have not provided any service. They are saying they won't refund my card despite taking without authorisation. They are very difficult to get hold of there is an automated customer service email which is useless. What should be a quick matter to resolve had drawn out for months, I have contacted management and it is still not resolved.
