Trouble logging in
Trouble logging in, even though I have changed and updated my password.Also, having a built in indicator that the VPN is enabled while operational would be better than having to get the feedback from a separate app.

cancelled automatic renewal and still charged!!
I cancelled the automatic renewal and they still took money out of my account without my permission! Then I had to go through the HASSLE of contacting this rubbish American company to get my money back. I unfortunately had to deal with a useless person who instead of apologising and arranging a refund was trying to sell me another subscription.SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Making the best of It.
I keep getting spammed the f out, but mostly because I plug my email into places I should be wearing protection for like a email condom or dental dam for my eyes and ears and brain. I’m not sure if it’s even working on my phone but I’m pretty sure it is on my streaming device. I can’t login with my email and password but I keep receiving emails. I should probably try to reduce the amount of frequencies I’m experiencing or at least redirect-deflect them somehow. 🔫

Very happy with the service offered by IPVanish so far. I had one issue but after submitting it as an issue someone got back to me quickly with a solution. Wil definitely recommend to friends.

So far the VPN works well
So far the VPN works well. It slows down some activities and stops a few sites from loading, ie Costco, but overall I’m satisfied.

IPVanish works even better than I expected. I appreciate the auto sign on feature as I sometimes would forget to sign on. Great product and very easy to install and set up.
