"Helps for retaining customers - YES!"

What do you like best about involve.ai? Actionable insights to help us prevent client churn and increase our customer retention and happiness. We have seen a definite increase in NPS. What do you dislike about involve.ai? They don't have modularization on pricing yet. It was ok since we paid per seat. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Our problem was churn. We had a leaky bucket problem, and involve.ai helped us dramatically improve that.

What do you like best about involve.ai? Workspaces feature is awesome. We live inside it day in and day out. This way we can keep our entire customer teams on the same page. What do you dislike about involve.ai? Automation suite is getting much better. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? The challenge we had was not being on the same page about our customers.
