What do you like best about involve.ai? Collab features on the same platform as customer insights What do you dislike about involve.ai? Nothing today. They have all the integrations we need unlike others in the space. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about involve.ai? I love the user experience and collaborative nature of Involve.ai. It's helped my team stay on top of churn in the most proactive way possible. Most platforms can tell us the Customer Health and which account we should focus on. involve.ai goes beyond that and gives us the recommended steps (who to talk to, what to talk about, and how to effectively prevent churn). What do you like best about involve.ai? I love how practical the tool is. I quickly understand what to do and where to focus my time. What do you like best about involve.ai? I like the account's actionable insights the most. On the dashboard, I could filter out at-risk as well as upsell accounts to share with the team.
