Perfectly suited for my business

What do you like best? I run a small (< 5 employees web development agency. We find Invoiced is perfectly suited for our needs. Nicely branded emails, invoices (of course! and just a great interface. Reporting is also excellent, really easy to get management accounts organised with the various reporting options which are pretty extensive. What do you dislike? Needs some improvements

What do you like best? Although requiring some additional features, Invoiced is very easy to use. It just took me a couple of hours to figure things out on my end. What do you dislike? There's a bug where texts appear outside of the box. Also, we should be able to add fixed amounts per line (ie in cases of multiship etc. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out! Solid invoicing platform

What do you like best? Makes it very easy and quick to invoice customers. What do you dislike? Money takes very long to transfer to my account, and they take a hefty chunk from credit card payments What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? i'm really bad at organizing! Invoiced lets me forget about all the details of getting payed. Worth it to me.

It's decent but has some flaws...

What do you like best? I love how easy it tracks customers - and sends invoices. What do you dislike? I dislike how confusing it is to set up recurring payments and when a customer makes a payment, I get 3 emails. 1 notifying me that they paid it, 2 notifying that they paid their invoice in full, and 3 that they are fully paid up. What do you like best? The team's response time to any questions or issues I have - the CEO himself usually responds very quickly and is helpful. Can't add late fees? did you even ask customers what they want?

What do you like best? Pretty easy interface. Easy to use API. That's it. What do you dislike? Believe it or not, the software won't let you automatically add late fees to your invoice. Every invoice I have ever received has a late fee if you don't pay within x days. Their customer service just told me that I have to go in and calculate the late fees and add them manually to each invoice. What, was this designed for people with 3 customers? What do you like best? It's great for setting up invoices for freelance projects, i haven't used any of the other features but for invoices its very helpful especially for keep track of past work. What do you like best? It is so easy to use and makes all invoices/proposals look professional. What do you dislike? Haven't found a think yet I dislike has been very simple and easy to use on computer and phone. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
