I like how clean and simple the interface is and yet it has a robust amount of features available to it (automatic email followup/chasing, payment online, view invoice history, etc.. Support is also VERY responsive and new features are being added almost monthly. What do you dislike? I wish it had automatic integrations with sites like Toggl. What do you like best? It is very simple, I can make professional looking invoice in few steps and clicks. Customer template is very useful. I like reports too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love creating links to send to our client to view individual invoices and their payment history with us. For clients that may have issues with credit limits at their bank, I also like the feature that will automatically retry charging their card within a reasonable amount of time, so you don't have to follow-up with them.
