What do you like best? The product is easy to use, and also easy to troubleshoot. The customer support is responsive and more then happy to help you with any problem you have. Invoca has great reporting tools and helps you manage and track all of your campaigns. I help manage and keep track of over 1000 different campaigns and the platform makes that management simple. What do you like best? Lovely interphase and very user friendly. Love being able to quickly check how many calls are coming in. Always able to track a new marketing piece if needed. Using Invoca
What do you like best? Invoca allows even beginner users to be able to navigate the site with ease. What do you dislike? One flaw of Invoca is the inability to delete unnecessary or old campaigns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track hundreds of campaigns and progress through the use of Invoca.

Invoca for Call tracking
What do you like best? It is easy to add and remove campaigns. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I find the support that I need when I need it. What do you dislike? I wish that I could link my MCC account to my dashboard for my google ads. Other than that, I do really like the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use & easy phone tracking for marketing efforts.

How difficult is it to create bulk reporting or bulk changes. Track and Optimize your Calls
What do you like best? Invoca solves a problem we've had for awhile. Being able to track calls our sales teams make to campaigns our marketing team creates. It's easily integrated into Salesforce and easy to get up and running. What do you dislike? The navigation of the product can be improved, UI enhancements. What do you like best? Invoca is a solid product that provides a service like a dial tone. The reporting we get is an extremely important piece in connecting our online advertising spend to phone calls into our call center.
