Amazing!

What do you like best? Invoca has completely transformed how we look at our data and the data that we have access to has increased exponential due to all the integrations Invoca offers with other partners in the digital space including the new AdWords Offline Conversions Integration and the Facebook Integration. We are able to see down to the keyword level how our ad spend is performing and also create remarketing lists based on call data we get from Invoca. They are an invaluable ...

Importance of call intelligence

What do you like best? How Invoca continues to innovate with FB, etc. What do you dislike? No flexible pricing yet for organic traffic What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When online media is driving offline conversions, call intelligence is a necessary component to tie media performance data with lead data. We have been able to generate meaningful and substantial insights derived by adding call intelligence data within our digital ...

Great Technology Partner

What do you like best? Invoca has been a flexible and committed partner that has helped accelerate our digital marketing efforts by associating telephone-based conversions to their upstream digital activity. They have been willing to customize for us, and to help us work with various technology vendors to evolve. What do you dislike? While Invoca works very hard to keep up, the number of integrations necessary to cover 100% of our digital touch-points is daunting. Being able to use ...

An essential partner

What do you like best? Invoca has been an essential marketing partner for us over the past few years. Not only has their technology helped us to fill blind spots related to offline conversions (phone calls) in our digital campaigns, the intelligence gained from using their software has significantly influenced our marketing decisions leading to improved budget allocation and increased return on that spend. What do you dislike? There are times when our desired use case is a bit more ...

Invoca makes call tracking easy!

What do you like best? What I like best about invoca is being able to identify which of the keywords are driving the most calls in our program and optimizing toward that. What do you dislike? I'm not the biggest fan of the UI. It makes the find keywords a little difficult when you have a lot of campaigns in the system. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the UI easier to search through reports or find keywords easier across multiple campaigns. Being able to ...

Solid platform that can be expanded

What do you like best? Lets my client see the reports and insight they need. Has a good integration with Salesforce Platform to combine best of both worlds. What do you dislike? Setup tends to take a bit longer on complex instances. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility into phone metrics and ROI

Taken our analytics to the next level.

What do you like best? Flexibility. They don't do "one size fits all" - they'll work with you to design the perfect solution for your needs. What do you dislike? The only thing I'd like to see is even more specific signal tracking for long-tail phrases. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to develop a custom solution for your needs - don't skimp on this up front - the realization of value brought by the more in-depth data will be massive. What ...

Invoca is helping us "connect the dots" we couldn't before.

What do you like best? Direct integrations with AdWords and Kenshoo What do you dislike? Lack of proactiveness to bring ideas that we can partner on for the benefit of our mutual client. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting phone conversions with paid search activity at the keyword level. This has completely changed the way we optimize our program because it gives us visibility into what search activity is driving offline ...

Game changer for call attribution

What do you like best? Configuring new call campaigns is fast, easy, and has given us incredible insight into the performance of our marketing programs and campaigns. What do you dislike? There is some additional reporting functionality we would like to see, but their product team has been very responsive in hearing and understanding our requests. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've finally been able to pinpoint what marketing ...
