Invoca for Pay-Per-Call Partnerships
What do you like best? I like how Invoca functions as a central source of truth with respect to call tracking, analytics and commission earnings when structuring deals with pay-per-call partners. The ease of creating sophisticated payout criteria is a huge plus. What do you dislike? I'd love to have more documentation and clarity around how to utilize "signals" in Invoca. I think the functionality is awesome, but the education component seems to be lacking. Recommendations to ...

Marketing Manager
What do you like best? The seamless integration across all of our internal reporting systems has allowed for automated reporting and optimizations of our campaigns. What do you dislike? All in all, nothing stands out as a negative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've seen an increase in call and order volume.

Great integration
What do you like best? I like how user friendly invoca in in comparison to our old software. It's very easy to navigate and set up campaigns. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way when creating ring pools that you can switch between local and Toll Free. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business problems that we are solving with invoca are how to track calls with call extensions from adwords and to better understand where ...

Great platform for tracking Marketing Generated Revenue from Phone calls
What do you like best? I like the ability to tie phone calls generated to actual marketing revenue in Salesforce Interface is easy to use and self-manage Analytics easy to use What do you dislike? Since every phone call creates a lead in Salesforce, there are many 'leads' created that are not valid leads that are not revenue-generating. There is no way to filter this function in Invoca and has to be done after the fact in Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the ...

Everything in one place!
What do you like best? Before we signed up with Invoca we were using a series of spreadsheets to track our phone numbers. On top of that we had several different vendors for marketing numbers. It was a mess. Invoca allows us to track all campaigns in one system! What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of is that sometimes some reports are hard to find, but it's probably based on the learning curve. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't hesitate. What ...

Great tech so far for us
What do you like best? Easy to see what I need to see and big business value early. Easy to consume reports and evaluating calls has been great. What do you dislike? Not much - a little longer setup than I hoped for. Other than that, it's been a great start to the platform and I am excited about the future roadmap and integrations. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth checking out and evaluating. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Invoca is a valuable tool that we depend on to make informed decisions with our campaigns.
What do you like best? I love the clean and simple layout and the reporting is very easy to understand. Listening to call recordings and filtering out data is easy to do and I can automate reports to be sent to partners. The RingPool technology is a game changer and helps us make better decisions with these campaigns. What do you dislike? We've been seeing some fraud issues with increased robocalls and it's difficult to see how widespread the problem is. We have to manually listen to ...

Invoca is Great
What do you like best? The insights that we get for our Marketing calls is light-years ahead of what we were previously getting. What do you dislike? Their system is mostly set up for call center organizations, where ours has no call center. I would like some new features that would allow us to not rely on our CMS as much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our operational excellence is not where we though it was. We can now work on ...

Great platform that's simple to use.
What do you like best? Easy yet robust campaign building and great customer service every time I need a hand or have a question. What do you dislike? Can't search multiple inbound numbers at once in the reporting feature. It would be great if I could look up multiple numbers at one time on this filter. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to track lead sources in more detail than ever as well as break out call volume to ...

Invoca Helping a Growing Company
What do you like best? Our company is growing rapidly, and has gone from 17 to 24 locations in just 1 year. We needed a system that would appropriately distribute calls based on location and Invoca does that. What do you dislike? As most online systems are, they push you for a sale sale sale sale. And you finally buy and kind of throw you to the wolves. They do have a training period after the initial purchase but it wasn't long enough. As you play around with it more, more questions ...
