What do you like best? Invoca makes statusing prospect calls is a breeze What do you dislike? I dislike that there is no way to set a date when you want a number to end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to use signal AI to status our calls into a variety of buckets. This has helped with tracking sales cycles.

Great Tracking
What do you like best? I like the ease-of-use in setting up campaigns. It's easy to do, only really takes a minute or two, and you're ready to start promoting and tracking! What do you dislike? Setting up and managing many campaigns
What do you like best? Easy to listen to calls and see all details related to the calls so you know exactly the status of each call. What do you dislike? Can be more customizable to your company. Rather than having to go to many different places to set up a campaign can be all in one location. We set up a campaign and then add them to bundles. Excellent call tracking platform
What do you like best? The ability to set up campaigns to send calls to multiple advertisers is of great benefit to our agency. Having the ability to adjust pricing, time durations, and targeting within bundles and campaigns makes our business far more efficient than it would with another platform. What do you dislike? Reliable Results
What do you like best? The Adwords integration and Phrase Spotting feature that allows us to count leads in Adwords automatically and only if it actually became a lead. What do you dislike? There is no integration with Bing Ads and the Facebook Integration only indicates if a call took place (not something I care about as a lead gen marketer).
