What do you like best? I love the ability to listen to calls and having our AI. What do you dislike? I wish we could tell if our agent answered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compliance, we have a signal set to make sure the agent is asking the caller for compliance. This is great to make sure we will be fully compliant in 2020.
