Terrible
Terrible! Had issues with syncing products and services but no take weeks to respond. Tried multiple times but I keep getting email repeating the same thing with no help. Canceled!

Very Pleased With The Sevice
I’ve been with IS for a few months now and in the beginning I couldn’t grasp how it worked and If I was doing it correctly, especially working on category mapping. Each and every question I had (and there were several), someone got back to me. I set up a conference call and he walked me through everything and helped me understand how it all worked and what I needed to do. I am very pleased with the service and have not had any issues.

I've used other fulfillment and catalog managers. For my particular application, InventorySource is on the mark. The configuration went smoothly, support was reasonably responsive, and they were accurate when solving problems. Documentation and videos were accurate.

Excellent-no reservations. Am not much of a review person and take reviews with a grain of salt however I feel my positive experiences must be recorded as "positive" because Inventory Source to me is a good service that has provided me with good support every time I have needed it. Having read other reviews on Inventory Source here, claiming they are a scam or something--that is simply not true. I have gotten help many times--and believe me I've needed it. Inventory Source - Easy To Use & Efficient
Inventory Source manages my interaction with multiple vendors for a variety of sites. The advantages to me are the overall ease of use, centrally locating the management tools in one access screen and the responsiveness of IS team. To the latter point, they answer my questions quickly and efficiently, often contacting me to suggest improvements. Bottom line: they make my day-to-day business management easier and make me more efficient. What more could I want?

I have been using Inventory Source for…
I have been using Inventory Source for around 5 months now. I have had 0 issues with them. My product feed updates daily with updated stock levels and pricing. Its also super easy to change my pricing if need be. Makes my life a lot easier.
