"Great Product, Greater Support"
What do you like best about InTime? We use inTime at our city and have several departments utilizing the application. The userface is very clean and although there is a lot of areas within the app, the support you will receive from inTime staff makes up for it. I truly appreciate how I always receive a response to a question and how I never feel like I am bothering them. What do you like best about InTime? Scheduling made easy. Leave balances are easily tracked. Customer service is exceptional. What do you dislike about InTime? "Great for Scheduling"
What do you like best about InTime? Great for keeping scheduling organized and for holding employees accountable. What do you dislike about InTime? Can be difficult for new users to get the hang of it. But if you put in the work and practice, it's worth it. What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you? Being a payroll administer, I use it to run reports to determine what people will get paid.

What do you like best about InTime? Very intuitive and ease of use. Customer service is top notch What do you dislike about InTime? I wish you could break up longer work assignments with more ease. Recommendations to others considering InTime: I would highly recommend this product. It is a lot of functionality for a very reasonable cost. What problems is InTime solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time distributing overtime and assigning officers to outside details.

What do you like best about InTime? The flexibility is incredibly powerful. This tool meets the needs of our department and continues to remain relevant through further development and enhancements. What do you like best about InTime? InTime has made our lives so much easier - from posting and filling off-duty jobs to being able to quickly see who is on duty to pulling reports. "Buggy Software, Outsourced Engineering"
What do you like best about InTime? The software works (barely), and it is cloud based, which means you do not need to host it your self. Customer service is good as well. What do you dislike about InTime? Lots of bugs, and for a that you rely your business operations on, it does not function. Reporting does not work well and the software in general is buggy. 1 year contracts are for suckers, if the software works well then there is no need to to force clients into a 1 year contract. "It works but could use some improvements"
What do you like best about InTime? I like mytimes clock in/clock out feature and when you remember to do it, it works well. What do you dislike about InTime? The manual time entry gets a little confusing if you’re not familiar with it and it really needs ios/android apps to be efficient, which it does not have.
