What do you like best? Ease of use & reliability. We have enjoyed learning while we work. The learning curve was extremely short, which equals dollars saved in lost hours. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The project tracking and task updates. Overall pretty good. Able to look at the teams projects and see where they are at for the month What do you dislike? Having to forward projects to the next month one by one. There's got to be a better way, especially as we grow our business. Being able to mass transfer projects to the next month would be great. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT USING INTERVALS

What do you like best? Their organization in clients, projects and tasks allow us to work in a coordinated manner with our customers, also the billing feature allow us carry an effective control on costs. A complete project management platform

What do you like best? The cost and the ability to assign statuses What do you dislike? No sub tasking ability. I'd like the ability to create tasks within tasks What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Every person on a project can see the current activity, as well as the complete history. Every person knows what is their responsibility and when it needs to be complete.

Hesitant at first, but now habitual.

What do you like best? Very easy to use and helps you keep on schedule. What do you dislike? the mandatory fields like milestone. I have to upload a milestone first than tasks. Wish I could bulk upload all at once. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it helps us keep track on time spent on clients/.

Great Tool for Increased Productivity

What do you like best? The ease of use and the workflow process. Intervals makes it easy to go from setting up a Client, to Project, to Tasks. What do you dislike? Taking files from intervals to email is challenging. PDF's work easy but when other file types like EPS & JPGS are much more challenging. Stable Product / Needs UX/UI attention

What do you like best? I have been using intervals everyday for 5.5 years. It has a solid feature set and I've never once seen a bug. What do you dislike? The product needs UI/UX attention. It has a lot of good features, but ease of use could be dramatically increased. It has good, but dated UI which is probably not a big deal to the existing user base, but improving this would probably boost intervals product sales.
