What do you like best? I really like the task system as it helps us keep track of projects and follow ups by assigning dates and using the Calendar view. We also love being able to upload pictures and documents and keep everything in one place for each project. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simplicity; the ease of tracking time with Intervals helps to encourage users who generally don't like to stop for administrative exercises.
