Can't Deliver Without It
What do you like best? The system is not only easy to use, it is simple to set up and allows for a lot of customization so that it works for any type of client, project structure. It allows our company to keep all work requests, timelines, milestones, labor tracking, project expenses all in one place. It has simplified billing. Helpful for managing a lot of projects.
What do you like best? I really like the task system as it helps us keep track of projects and follow ups by assigning dates and using the Calendar view. We also love being able to upload pictures and documents and keep everything in one place for each project. What do you dislike? It would be helpful to be able to add and name our own priority categories. I want to be able to create folders in the documents sections. Intervals does almost everything we need
What do you like best? Simplicity of use: we are an internal web site development/communications office. We use intervals to track larger and small projects. Our staff are not heavily-experienced developers: they are writers, photographers and admin staff. They are all able to grasp and work in Intervals very quickly. What do you dislike?
