Dirt cheap, covers the basics and great bulletin board system; but UX for visual deciders is poor

What do you like best? It's deep. There's thorough space for paper trail and communications on projects, time and statuses. It's dirt cheap. What do you dislike? It's not primarily a visual interface. It's a huge bulletin board system, which has its benefits in support systems or IT environments (for example, but not in advertising and workflow environments like ours. We need to see everything at a glance, we need to make changes in real time, we need to make decisions quickly. It's ...

Recommendations to others considering the product It gets the job done and meets expectations. It covers every need and then some. It just lacks a bit in design and user experience. ...

Intervals does almost everything we need

What do you like best? Simplicity of use: we are an internal web site development/communications office. We use intervals to track larger and small projects. Our staff are not heavily-experienced developers: they are writers, photographers and admin staff. They are all able to grasp and work in Intervals very quickly. What do you dislike? I wish tasks had dependencies. It is sometimes challenging lining up tasks and managing dependencies via notes in the task. What business problems ...
