Intervals is an excellent PM software for agencies

What do you like best? Intervals is comparably priced to other PM software and offers robust integrations and task dependencies. I have personally had an excellent experience using this product and can safely say that it is one of the most robust options for the price. What do you dislike? It may be too robust / complicated at times and lacks the aesthetic appeal that creatives sometimes need in order to engage fully in the product's process. What business problems are you solving ...

Business user of Intervals for 5 years plus

What do you like best? We can manage projects either based on fixed quotes, or time and materials open-ended projects. It helps us relate easch task and the time taken for it, to the eventual billing, so we can apply intelligence to the business and how we run it. What do you dislike? Some of the team find it difficult to find their way round in there. Certain views of a project cannot be created, and so some of the data that is put in becomes hard to access or visualise in a usable ...

Intervals is great for managing time

What do you like best? As a project manager, intervals helps me create tasks for the many people that I work with and make sure they are done on time and correctly. Intervals is an integral part in our daily task management and helps us keep track of where we are spending our time. What do you dislike? I don't like that you have to switch to the advanced editor to use common typographical features in the tasks like bold. It's a step that seems unnecessary. What business problems are ...

Great software for those new to managing projects

What do you like best? Intervals is a very easy system to step into. Set up people in your company, add a client, add a project, boom you are off and running. We dont use EVERYTHING it has to offer, but for our small company it has revolutionized the way we track projects and time. Since we started using it (2 years now we don't go over budget on projects, we don't miss billing time, we don't miss deadlines. Everyone is on the same page. Plus the pricing model makes sense for us (based on ...

Easy, but limited project management.

What do you like best? Time tracking plus creating, managing, and closing tasks is extremely easy. What do you dislike? The API to integrate into other software like Slack or Google Calendar leaves a lot to be desired. Recommendations to others considering the product Great software to start out with. If they start adding more methods to use their API, Intervals can be extremely competitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great business tool

What do you like best? It is ready to go, rock solid on reliability, and performs its function without fail. The time entry options are great. I have a staff of 10 and each person has a favorite way to input the data. That flexibility alone makes a huge difference in acceptance by employees. They adapt to the habit of keeping time in the way that best fits their work flow and style. Once the habit is established we have the data we need, when we need it, in the form we need it to keep up ...

Great for Its Purpose

What do you like best? It is not bloated. Unlike other time trackers, I feel like it does not purposefully try to be extra helpful or always have updates to learn. It's easy to learn and make a habit of. What do you dislike? The UI. The design is not very good. It was the only aspect of the product that made it difficult for me to get used to when I was a new user. It looks very outdated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
