Under Utilized by Student-Run Agency
What do you like best? I liked how simple it was to add new projects and keep them organized. The program was generally pretty intuitive, and with such a high turnover rate in the staff, it made it easy for new people to jump on board without much background. What do you dislike? I think that this may have been an internal error, but I feel we underutilized the billing feature of Intervals, only focusing on the hour-logging and reporting aspects. What business problems are you ...

Intervals review
What do you like best? There isn't much for me to describe as "liking best" about Intervals. I do like being able to create multiple tasks at once and add multiple time entries. Also like being able to upload a document while adding a comment without having to first save the comment. What do you dislike? There isn't any feature or functionality that allows for presetting any of the options. Some users have pretty much the exact same selections in specific drop-downs and they have to ...

Like the timers, not the time input interface
What do you like best? My absolute favorite is the ability to create timers to track my work. Even if they are for specific tasks or generic ones. I just find them super useful. What do you dislike? My team does not use Intervals as the main project management tool, we use it more as a management reporting and accounting tool. As such, I find it very lengthy to add a new timer description. I need to specify the project, module, work type, etc... Time tracking is something I don't want ...

Creative Specialist
What do you like best? I like the ability our team has to stay organized, while also collaborating on a project and seeing where our project stands, based on time recorded, as well as comments that different users make. What do you dislike? Our office sometimes struggles with keeping track of all the of tickets and tasks in our system. The user interface is also starting to look dated. I wish the interface felt a little bit more like basecamp. In fact, our office currently uses ...
