What do you like best about InterSystems IRIS? It's very complete and fast. Intersystems support is excellent. What do you dislike about InterSystems IRIS? The UX leaves something to be desired. The administration portal is a bit difficult to understand. What problems is InterSystems IRIS solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast performance. Implement a database on Iris is very easy.
