"Easy interface with all the bells and whistles."

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is an easy-to-use and figure-out interface that has features we have not even figured out how to leverage. Use the tools or understand how they would benefit us - yes because they are straightforward, but we don't have processes to make the most of them. Intercom also allows us to track communication and continue with customers later and group issues so we can easily see the common threads.

"Great ticketing platform"

What do you like best about Intercom? It's ease of use and integration with most other popular tools that a company might be using such as Jira or GitHub is very nice. Everything is mostly in one spot and I can spend my entire day working in Intercom without really needing to ever leave the platform.
