"Straightforward and intuitive."
What do you like best about Intercom? It's relatively easy to use and interact with our customers, with plenty of customization options to automate simple tasks. Filters are pretty solid to keep tasks organized.

What do you like best about Intercom? Reports are extremely useful and provide lots of insights about your support site and conversations with customers. Intercom holds plenty of information regarding customers, like the previous times when they've been in touch, and it can sync with other apps (like Stripe) to provide a full profile of each customer

What do you like best about Intercom? First of all, it's effortless to use the platform very flexible to users; I'm using it for the e-commerce department, and it helps us track all the conversations and the customers quickly. On the right side of the panel, you can see any data, customer orders, tags, and so on...

What do you like best about Intercom? All correspondence can be viewed in one go. Internal comments can also be inserted in the thread plus you can tag a teammate easily.

What do you like best about Intercom? It just allows me to get my job done easily - great customer information/insights, solid comms/support tools and just easy to use. When I struggle, support is a message away and they're really helpful/knowledgeable. I've had some tricky queries and they've been comfy investing a decent anoutn of time into helpingus.

"Great customer service and lots of opportunities"
What do you like best about Intercom? I love the different options I have to engage with my clients, the segmenting, and the detailed personalization of our communication. I integrate it with Hubspot and Wootric, and I find that it works well with them.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom does a great job of lowering the barriers of engaging customers in the context that matters to them in a personable way. At Qualaris, it allows us to be present with advice and quick access to hands-on support when users are onboarding. This has resulted in consistently high marks for the quality of support we provide helping us win trials and retain accounts.

"Intercom - Best available bot in market"
What do you like best about Intercom? The UI and simple customisations that helps users to learn fast. It can be easily integrated with MAP tools. And its report is also very cool. As of now I haven't seen anything better than this tool in terms of bot
