What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has been great for streamlining all customer communication and information. I've enjoyed the helpful add-ons such as Survicate, which makes the customer feedback/surveying process efficient. Customer support is prompt and friendly which is always a plus!

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Intercom? Everything is very clear and simple to use. We can create tours on our webiste, every messages are in the same place and we can create categories (tags) to find the messages easily. Also the customer service is really great, they always give me the best advices on how to use the platform
