What do you like best about Intercom? I loved the onboarding process. It was very organized and you were able to tailor it to your needs. They also have a great deal of knowledge base articles and amazing Community platform that is super helpful. As it relates to the interface, it is very intuitive and easy to learn.

What do you like best about Intercom? I like that there are macros we can set up. We can also attach files, articles, or images for visual aids. I like that there is a report generating section in Intercom to measure KPIs.
