What do you like best about Intercom? I like this product because it is intuitive, nothing is really hidden.I like the fact that you can close old cases and get them out of the way for newer cases, this helps keep your work space cleaner

What do you like best about Intercom? I really love how the team is available via live chat and takes their time explaining how they are going to solve my issues! They pass me off and escalate the issues I bring to them according to need, and the database itself is extremely helpful. I especially enjoy the notes feature and the GIFs we get to use to communicate with our customers!

What do you like best about Intercom? I love interom cause it's really easy to implement at first ,it doesn't take very long to understand how it all works, the banners are really useful to broadcast messages to the users in less than 5 minutes , and user flitlering is awesome!

"Why is Intercom the best?"
What do you like best about Intercom? Frankly, I could write an entire novel on my love for the Intercom service. The global product is so incredibly intuitive and helpful. It leaves a positive impact on not only the user experience but also the teams. If you are using Intercom, I highly encourage you to use Klaus as a third-party tool to better track and train your team internally on improved customer experiences in high-touch roles in Intercom.

"Gets the job done, with a smile."
What do you like best about Intercom? They've really pressed forward with a lot of improvements over the last year. Intercom university and their certificate programs are pretty awesome, helps to onboard new team members who may not be familiar with Intercom but also get existing team members up to date with all of the features.

What do you like best about Intercom? Ease of use. Most of Intercom is very intuitive. It doesn't have a ton of complexity which makes it easy to onboard new team members.
