"Great solution, but overly expensive"
What do you like best about Intercom? I've been implementing and using Intercom for over 5 years at various startups. The ability to slice and dice users based on both user attributes and user events is second to none. If you're looking to communicate in-app with your app users, no one comes close to being able to do what you can do with Intercom. I've tried several other solutions but they all fall short.

What do you like best about Intercom? A one-stop shop for supporting our customers. Intercom is user-friendly and allows us to quickly and easily send emails, respond to chat messages, and set up product tours for our customers. The help centre is an incredible feature to support customers.

"Great way to communicate with users in real time"
What do you like best about Intercom? I love all the features Intercom offers from the macros to the conversation snoozing. I use tools such as Hubspot and Stripe alongside Intercom. I haven't used any competitors though so I don't have anything to compare it with.

"it's a good service, but the reporting parts have a lot to evolve"
What do you like best about Intercom? the reports do not show the same information as the dashboard. also the chat support is kinda bad.

On each page of your website, you can add a question or a pop-up to help and guide your customers. What's great about it as well is that you can also use intercom as your Q&A reference. "A lot of features yet simple and easy to use"
What do you like best about Intercom? There's so much packed into Intercom, but in a really organized way that it's simple to figure out. Their onboarding is also very good, so a brand new user can get up to speed quickly. And they're always available for chat to ask any questions that I can't answer on my own via their help articles.
