"Intercom is the Best Tool for Customer Service"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how it makes things easier for me. I can be able to instantly use the macro to respond to common queries. I love how it organises our work, being able to make comments and notes on a ticket, can snooze a ticket, and now trying out new features such as the side coversations which is so amazing!
