What do you like best about Intercom? I like that the system keeps my online status on until I change it myself. The fact that you can tag not the entire chat, but a separate message is convenient.

"Intercom is great!"

What do you like best about Intercom? In the past, I've worked with support systems that don't allow snooze functionality. This along with the clean look of intercom are huge for myself and the team. Snooze is huge because the support system to be a hybrid between webchat and email/tickets. Additionally, I love the ability to use resolution bots as the value it adds is huge.
