"Makes working in inboxes more fun!"
What do you like best about Intercom? My team uses Intercom everyday as it’s our main working tool. Most inbox funcionalities are very intuitive (you don’t need to go through a long maual to learn them) , it’s a fun tool for the team to be working with every day, the use of notes keeps us engaged. I love how Intercom keeps improving its products and offers learning academy and webinars. The support is great!

"Intercom online chat service to assist customers and partners."
What do you like best about Intercom? I like the ease of use with Intercom. I also like the ability to see what the customer has been reviewing and/or accessing from our website. If the customer is working on a quote, I can access the same page they are looking at from the "Recent Page View" section of intercom. Intercom is also integrated with our ticketing system, so I can create a follow up case in Intercom and it automatically assigns to my cases within our ticketing system.
