"Intercom allowed our start up to scale up without having to hire more people"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is intuitive, and the basics can be taught to new hires really quickly. I like that my team can see the chat history of each person they speak to, send articles and create and send saved replies, tag other team members, and that we can even segment out conversations into various categories.

What do you like best about Intercom? what i like the most is that i can share anything in a chat: images, gifs, articles, etc. and also, is very practical that intercom easily relate chats with his accounts in every platform (perfit, pipedrive, whatsapp).
