What do you like best about Intercom? I really like the fact that you can send emojis, have an avatar, interact with the client and know what their tastes are as such, it is very interactive to the point that you can jump between chats recognizing each of the clients/agents.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is my best friends these days. An efficient and fast way to answer our students questions/concerns/doubts or give general information to new applicantsThe Macro's and FAQ section. I am also enjoying the Custom bots and outbound message systemt.

"Easy UI and power tool"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like how easy it is to self-serve in-product experiments thanks to Intercom. It allows me to run preliminary tests in the product before reaching out to internal partners for additional engineering resources so that I can validate my ideas.
