"Overall good product, but burned by shady billing prices 2 times now"

What do you like best about Intercom? Overall I think Intercom has a great product. We've used it for many years and while I wish we had taken more advantage of the features, it's been great for us and done exactly what we've needed it to do. We've only ever written into support a few times over the years but that's been good as well, especially recently where where we had a billing issue and it was resolved very fairly and professionally!

"Such a clever tool!"

What do you like best about Intercom? Absolutely brilliant tool to be able to connect with customers. We are able to easily set up different banners, notifications and surveys/polls within the platform and have them go live instantly. Not only is it brilliant for our CS team but our Marketing team are able to get lots of value out of it for connecting with the customer to promote events, promotions or collect feedback.

"Easy to use comms platform"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like using macros to make communications fast and efficients. Many of my customers ask the same complex questions so I use macros as helpful templates to tailor personalized answers. I also use the integrated google calendar scheduler daily.
