What do you like best about Intercom? - Tabs on the left hand side of the screen, making the emails and other settings easily to be located. - Once you open a chat and email, the person can easily be identified by their name on the top of the screen and their qualification at the right side of the screen.

What do you like best about Intercom? When using Intercom, navigating through the tool is so much more convenient as it has shortcut keys that I can use when communicating with people, and I can search past conversations using only keywords.

What do you like best about Intercom? i like it that it has a very easy to use surface, nice quicklinks and wonderful tagging system! Favourite part is the very detailed statistics feature :)) In our company we are hundreds and still everyone can manage to use it with ease! I like that we can manage to find any message that had been sent ever with some nice filtering,very useful

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the clear and intuitive way the data is displayed. You get a clear data overview and it's easy to find the information you are looking for. The reports are very detailed, helpful and easy to use.

What do you like best about Intercom? There are multiple functions that are extremely useful with Intercom. The ability to shortcut specific macros allows us to effecient converse with our guests, he ability to add attachments, previous recent conversations and the flexibilty of the options method of communications either via email, chat or "whatsapp"
