"Great customer service tool for tech platforms"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has really helped our tech company improve our customer service. The app is really easy to use with a great user interface and superior functionality for tracking and managing users. The "engage" or "message" feature is also a really useful to fool optimizing visitor/user engagement on our platform.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's very easy to see who's speaking. Integrates well into our product. Can assign cases out to people to work on. Also shows your support reps the page that your user might be stuck on. Unfortunately it has to be the last page for it to remember.

"Intercom is a lifesaver, we LOVE it!"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has been a great addition to our software system. We have been able to create a huge knowledge base that can be updated at any time and always have current information for our customers. We are able to create new material and our customers can search for anything they have questions on. It has helped streamline our new customer on-boarding process and helped immensely with our ongoing customer support team.
