"Tremendous Platform!"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the way Intercom is set up. It really is Built For You. There is so much customization that comes with this. My favorite is probably how I can create my own team and have incoming tickets go into that specific group. We have a few different teams within our staff, so being able to create tags and automatic rules are a great way for us to start splitting up the incoming conversations.

What do you like best about Intercom? A/B test in posts are super helpful when trying different paths. Tagging system by creating segments and groups. Although bulk listing for one time filtering would be great as well like I described below. Other than that the segmentation system, tagging using keywords in conversations that arrive instantly tagging users is almost like a dream. The interface is easy to use which is quite nice.
