"I like the way we can access to conversations, but I don't have good metrics."

What do you like best about Intercom? The access to send information easy and friendly to our customers, the chance to see if our customers are live or not, where are they from, which device they are using and which version of our app have. All this data about our customers its really important and beneficial for us when we have to report some bugs in the app, or understand better what is doing our customer.

What do you like best about Intercom? Great in-app messaging abilities. Allows you to post updates and product tours to users without needing your development team. Also love the integrations such as Typeform. We send outreach for NPS and feedback. The personalization and automation for outreach is great. Users love it too.
