What do you like best about Intercom? Having all tickets come to one place. Our support email, contact forms, chats from our public website, web portal all come to one inbox.

What do you like best about Intercom? The AI addition to the product in the last year has been amazing and a huge help to our customer support team. I would also say that the ability to create dynamic outbound engagement workflows via the Series tool has been paramount for our onboarding and nurturing strategies.

What do you like best about Intercom? Such an easy way for us to respond to customers in a timely manner - like that it tracks the average response time and tells the clients so that they can see how likely they are to get a response soon!

What do you like best about Intercom? quick, easy and efficient. I like that I can easily find macros and articles to send to my customers. I also like the gifs and emojis, which makes the conversation more friendly (we aim at a friendly customer service)
