"Great app for customer service plus app onboarding and even basic email marketing"

What do you like best about Intercom? I think intercom is best known for its customer service platform since you see the widget on so many sites. It does that part very well. It also does a great job with helping you onboard your users via emails and in-app messaging. You can also stay in touch with your leads who have not yet become users on your app, so for basic purposes, it can replace an email marketing solution.

What do you like best about Intercom? The infinite options to engage and share knowledge with our users in Epsagon through Intercom is just incredible. Being able to set sequences of messages full of relevant content by the specific context our users at that moment and being able to integrate both in-product messages for highly engaged users and through Email helping us make sure we reach all relevant users.
