What do you like best about Intercom? The way of the interaction is really creative, especially having .GIF and emoji. It helps leveling up the customer experience by including some other interaction ways. Workflow automation is easy to design and use. It give you the overall view of your designed flow and allow you to test before setting it live.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's fun to use the shortcuts for macros and the options to have the customer's name populated automatically, as well as auto-close a ticket when needed (using the settings to set it up).

What do you like best about Intercom? The channel of communication is important to expressed information, knowledge and to solve a certain scenario in a conversation. I am in awe for using the intercom to deliver accurate and correct information to my colleagues. The details and fast resolution whilw using the app was very convenient to a corporate world.
