What do you like best about Intercom? The UI is very nice. Its easy to use and easy on the eyes. We use intercom mostly for customer support, to send push notifications, and to send emails. All of these functionalities work really great.

"Amazing Product!"

What do you like best about Intercom? Our account manager, Vinny Savage, is amazing. Anytime I need help from him, he is always eager to help, and if he doesn't know the answer, he'll put you in contact with someone who does. Another plus, is the support documentation. It's so detailed and easy to understand. I used the support center to answer a lot of questions.

"Great support tool for our clients"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom provides a great interface for our clients to get support. Our industry is often used to phone support and, while that can be useful at times, the "ticket" style chat support with Intercom is a much better experience. It allows us to focus on providing comprehensive answers, gets us researching issues with more depth, and in general provides a better customer support experience.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom makes it super easy to recruit for research. You can slice and dice customer groups to contact specific customer segments at scale, but also be sure not to hit the same individuals too often.
